We celebrated Computer Science Week by having a debating competition on the theme of technology from 3rd to 5th Class. Each class group debated against one another. It was a great success and everyone enjoyed the debates. Each class had a team of four people, and for each debate there was a chairperson, who introduced the speakers and a time keeper to make sure that no one went over the time limit of three minutes.
The debate motions were:
1. Technology has a negative effect on our lives.
2. Smart phones should be allowed in school.
