We are having a lot of fun in Junior Infants.
We had pancakes and spoke Gaeilge in the Caifé le Craic. If you want to ask for pancakes you say "Pancóga le do thoil!" This means "Pancakes please!" We asked for siúcra (sugar), im (butter), liomóide (lemon) or subh (jam). To say thank you we said "Go raibh maith agat".
We did a PE workshop with Seán from Daly Exercise+ and learned lots of new games. We painted rainbows with pots of gold for St Patrick's Day.
We have been learning about spring and the life cycle of the butterfly. We also learned about the life cycle of a flower. We planted seeds to grow grass in our own little gardens.
