September in 4th class

We have had a busy month in 4th class settling down, doing lots of great work and having fun with our classmates. 

We have been looking at place value in maths and playing lots of games to help us revise multiplying, adding and subtracting. 

We have been learning about Ancient Egypt in history. We designed Pharaoh masks and even wrote our own names in hieroglyphics. 

In art, we have done some crazy hair portraits and looked at warm and cool colours to create sun and moon pictures.
