Welcome to our September edition of the Patrick’s 2nd Class News!
This month has been so exciting as we’ve all returned to school after the summer break! We’ve been busy welcoming our new friends, discovering new topics, and having lots of fun together.
Here are some of the highlights from our classes. Let’s see what made this month special!
-We took our first whole class picture.
-We have enjoyed making posters for our value of the month: Responsibility.
-We played the card game Addition Top It in maths.
-We learned about 2D shapes and went on a 2D shape hunt around our school and new yard.
-We created our own Paul Klee inspired Castle in the Sun pictures using lots of 2D shapes.
