Welcome to our September edition of Maeve's 2nd Class News!
This month has been full of excitement as we’ve all settled back into school life after the summer holidays. We’ve been busy welcoming our new classmates, exploring new topics and having lots of fun along the way.
Here are some highlights of what we've been up to in class. Let’s take a look at what made this month special!
-We took our first whole class picture.
-We have enjoyed greeting each other in lots of different ways!
-We played the card game Addition Top It in maths.
-We learned about 2D shapes and went on a 2D shape hunt in our new yard.
-We created our own Paul Klee inspired Castle in the Sun pictures using lots of 2D shapes.
