We have had a busy month in Senior Infants celebrating St Patrick's Day, learning about Ramadan & Eid, and cleaning up the river!
1. We started the month by learning about the water cycle and water pollution. We then took a trip to the River Bride in the Hub with our litter pickers. We want to help prevent water pollution and have come up with some great ideas to help!
2. We had a great time during Seachtain na Gaeilge. We went to the Café le Craic for some pancógaí, had a dance party with our buddies at the Cóisír sa Clós and celebrated St Patrick's Day at Lá Glas!
3. We learned about Ramadan and Eid this month, with some children in our class bringing in some symbols and treats for us to help us celebrate.
4. We have been learning about the number 10 this month. We now know about all the number from 1-10 and can't wait to learn about the rest of the numbers in 1st Class!!
5. We love music in Senior Infants and playing the different instruments.
